Declan Rice Crosses from corners and free-kicks were dangerous. Enjoyed room to drift on the left yet found himself offside when the ball arrived in shooting positions. Given a well-earned substitution around the 60-minute point. 6/10

Jude Bellingham Functioned in a high spot on the right and put in the hard yards. Demonstrated flashes of quality but scuffed an attempt wide. Replaced towards the end by a teammate, his rival, after receiving a caution. 7/10

The winger Was presented with the team's clearest opportunity of the first half, his shot smartly stopped from the opposing goalkeeper. With Quansah hanging back, he was forced to stretch the play down the right side but his crosses from wide areas were inconsistent. Substituted with 15 to go. 6

Harry Kane The decisive figure netting two more goals for his country. The opener a classic close-range tap-in and the second a classy finish with his head following a clever run from his marker. At 32, he’s only getting better and the side stand a real opportunity next summer with him up top. 8

Eberechi Eze Had difficulty to influence play on the left flank. Had a decent opportunity after being played in from a teammate yet the keeper made the save. Rashford had a greater effect when substituted. 5/10
